Three height settings of approximately 4.3, 5.5 and 6.7 inches provide substantially more elevation than a standard footrest, helping shorter employees maintain full foot support after raising the chair to the correct desk and keyboard height. The large platform rocks through approximately −30° to +30°, permitting ankle movement and posture variation rather than holding the legs in one fixed position.
